Suresh Nair is the founder of Crown Solutions Pvt Ltd. He has nearly 18 years of rich global experience and has had extensive hands on Program Management, Project delivery, Resource Management, International Recruitment and General Management experience. He has been a main leadership contributor for establishing an organizational framework comprising HR Professional Services, Marketing departments, and IT Technical Consulting business services of the company. His drive, smart initiatives ,extensive overseas experience in Europe, USA, Singapore and the Middle East, along with the strategic insights as a veteran HR professional have contributed immensely in transforming Crown as a Global Service Provider in the HR industry. He holds a B.Tech degree in Engineering and post graduation in Management. During his professional career, he has worked with Larsen & Toubro Limited and HCL Technologies America Inc , as a Program Manager , closely aligned with the Merger and Acquisitions Team operating out of the Vienna Office in Virginia USA and was responsible for establishing Project Delivery Frame works through partnerships and alliances . Resource Management was also his forte and he was personally involved in large global ramp ups of IT resources across Onsite /offsite and Offshore locations for recruitment/deployments of IT professionals across various verticals and technology groups.
Kong Yok Wah – Director
Kong Yok Wah, an Electrical and Electronics engineer by training and profession brings in over 20 years of Global business consulting experience. Prior to Leading Crown Singapore operations, he has managed a European MNC regional office in Singapore where he was responsible for the operations of the entire Asia Pacific regional network of distributor's which had a group turnover of more than 250 million Euro. He has traveled extensively in this region on business and is familiar with business conducts in this area. Apart from Mandarin and Other Chinese dialects, Kong is also fluent in Malay and Indonesian Languages.
